Keep company information up to date
Correct and maintain your legal name, address, and organization details so customers reach the right entity.
If your organization has already been added to AOG HUB by one of our partners or administrators, you can securely complete your profile and manage your organization's information.
Takes you to aoghub.de - our platform, and the only other address we will ever send you to. Already registered? Sign in.
AOG HUB is a global aviation network where airlines, operators, MROs, airports, engineers, and suppliers locate the resources needed to resolve Aircraft on Ground situations. Each organization has a profile describing its stations, capabilities, certifications, and contacts.
Organizations are added to the network by AOG HUB administrators or by partners who work with them, so that operators can find them during an AOG event. A listing created this way holds only basic company information and is marked as unverified until your organization completes it.
An entry created by a partner or administrator is not an account. No user is created, no credentials exist, and no one can sign in on your organization's behalf. An account is created only when a representative of your organization completes registration.
Once your profile is complete, your organization's representatives maintain the record directly on aoghub.org.
Correct and maintain your legal name, address, and organization details so customers reach the right entity.
List the airports and locations you cover, so operators can find you where their aircraft is grounded.
Define the services, aircraft types, and ratings you support, from line maintenance to parts and logistics.
Publish approvals and certificates, with validity dates, so counterparties can validate you before engaging.
Name the people and duty desks that should receive requests, including 24/7 AOG coverage.
A complete, verified profile appears in searches by location, capability, and aircraft type.
Get requests from operators whose requirements match the capabilities and stations you publish.
Have the verification code from your invitation to hand, then continue to the AOG HUB platform. Everything - the code, your details, your password - is entered there, on a secure connection to our systems, and never on this page.
Confirming your organization takes a couple of minutes and finishes with you as its first administrator.
Use the business address the invitation arrived at, together with the eight-character code inside it. Neither half identifies an organization on its own.
We take you straight to the platform to review the entry already on record, correct it, and set your password. No second code to wait for.
The account is created for the invited address. If it should belong to a different colleague, you can name their address before anything is created - we confirm that one with a code sent to it.
Nothing is entered on this page - neither your code nor a password. Both are asked for on aoghub.de, over a secure connection to our systems.
No code, or your code has expired? You can ask for a new one on the same page, or write to info@aoghub.org.
Type the address into your browser or use a saved bookmark, then open the Complete Organization Profile page from there. Do not rely on links forwarded to you.
No message from AOG HUB will ever ask for a password, a payment, or a copy of a certificate by reply. Passwords are set only on the official website, and never on this page.
Each code is issued to a single organization at a single address and is valid for 30 days. After that it stops working and a new one must be requested. Treat it like a key to your company record.
Contact us from your business email address and we will confirm what is on record for your organization before you enter anything. Correspondence about profiles is only ever handled through aoghub.org.
