What people actually write in about.

This site is the information half of AOG Hub; the platform at aoghub.de is where accounts, codes and cases live. Below is where to go for each of the things that bring somebody here mid-problem.

Common tasks

Six things, and where each one is done.

My verification code does not work, or has expired

Codes are valid for 30 days. A new one can be requested on the same platform page the old one was for - and if that fails, write to us from your business address.

Organization onboarding

I need an account at a company that is already on AOG Hub

Ask whoever administers your organization to invite you. If nobody at your company has an account yet, the organization record has to be claimed first.

Request access

Something on our organization record is wrong

Once the record is yours, your own administrators edit it - stations, capabilities, contacts and hours. Before that, tell us and we will correct it.

Organization management

I cannot sign in

Sign-in, passwords and sessions are handled entirely on the platform. Check the address in your browser is the platform host before you type a password anywhere.

Go to the platform

Which application should we install?

The desk goes first, usually on desktop; phones follow for the duty roster; the browser needs nothing installed at all.

Compare the applications

I want to know who can read our messages

The short answer is: the people named in the room, and nobody at AOG Hub. The long answer is a page, because it deserves one.

Who can read what

How to tell a genuine request from a fake one

There are exactly two addresses AOG Hub will send you to: this website for information, and the platform host for anything involving your account. Nothing else is ours. If a message asks for a password, or points somewhere else, treat it as fraudulent and tell us.

The full security note
Reaching a person

There is no ticket queue, on purpose.

AOG Hub is small enough that correspondence is read by somebody who can act on it. Include your organization and your station and the first reply will be a useful one.

  • General and organization records

Anything about a listing, a code, a member or a permission.

  • Partnerships and members

Associations, groups and providers bringing organizations onto the network.

  • Security and data protection

Suspected phishing, and requests about personal data held about you.

Still stuck?

Write to us from your business address with your organization and station, and what you were trying to do.
